Elevating the digital product experience

The Namaste skincare product pages became the first building blocks in the redesign of Rituals.com. The ambition was simple: to put the products on the pedestal they deserve.

Our goal was to create a more inspiring and engaging product experience that reflects Rituals’ position as a modern wellness brand. The challenge was to balance a premium, content-rich visual experience with a clear structure that supports discovery, understanding, and conversion.

Designing a new product page system

The redesign introduced a refined UI framework supported by a clear UX structure and a new content direction centred around product storytelling.

We reworked the core elements of the digital design system, from page grids, layouts, and spacing to typography hierarchy, establishing a foundation that could scale across Rituals’ product catalogue.

Alongside the interface design, we developed a content strategy designed to bring customers closer to the products: exploring ingredients, textures, and benefits through a structured and immersive digital narrative.

The result is a calm and premium product experience that places Rituals’ content and craftsmanship at the centre of the page.
