Rituals is a global lifestyle brand rooted in the philosophy of slowing down and transforming everyday routines into meaningful moments. As the brand continued to expand internationally, Rituals.com needed to evolve into a more immersive and scalable digital flagship.

Designing Rituals Digital Flagship

The redesign aimed to translate Rituals’ premium in-store experience into a digital environment that supports both discovery and conversion across a large and complex product catalogue.

Working within a multidisciplinary design team of UX, UI, service, and motion designers, we developed a refined ecommerce experience that balances brand storytelling with clarity and ease of navigation.

Transforming Rituals philosophy of slow living into a digital experience for exploration and discovery.

The new platform introduces a visually driven interface where imagery, video, and product narratives take centre stage. Features such as shoppable video, interactive product modules, and dynamic content components were designed to inspire exploration while simplifying the path to purchase.

Alongside the interface design, we developed a comprehensive UI design system defining UX principles, motion behaviours, and scalable components across the platform. The system ensured consistency while allowing the experience to evolve alongside Rituals’ growing product catalogue and global presence.

The project required close collaboration with marketing, product, and business teams, aligning stakeholders across the organisation to balance brand storytelling, usability, and commercial goals.

I contributed to the design of key pages and components across the platform, translating Rituals’ visual identity into a clear digital design language. As the project evolved, my role expanded into digital art direction and design direction, helping shape the platform’s visual expression and guide the overall design direction of the experience.
